Bring your questions and concerns to chiropractor Dr. Kelly as she discusses what we need to do to maintain our health during this time. 

While we might not be able to visit a chiropractor in person at the moment, this is a great way to help learn some tips and tricks on what we should be focusing on to help alleviate the stress that can come from working from home, sitting on a chair too long, and not moving around as much as we should. 

Some of the topics we'll be covering: 

  • Posture and back health especially if we work all day long sitting at home in a chair
  • Hips and how to stretch them out to alleviate discomfort
  • General advice for what we can do now to help alleviate some concerns until we are able to see a chiropractor in person again.
